Welcome to Raffles London

You have arrived at The OWO, where the heritage of Whitehall meets the alluring glamour of Raffles. This legendary name’s first London hotel and spa occupies 120 rooms and suites within an Edwardian Baroque landmark at the epicentre of British life.
An address where the twentieth century was made and a new chapter now begins.

Home to Legends

Interior design is by the late Thierry Despont – the visionary who has reimagined Edwardian grandeur for a contemporary age. Custom-woven carpets, hand-commissioned wallhangings and handsome furnishings converse with the building’s magnificent architecture. A setting, exquisitely composed, for the next hundred years of stories.

The Butler Did It

Your trusted insiders. Impeccably trained and animated by a fresh vision, the Raffles London Butlers are your loyal companions throughout every stay – curating distinctive journeys, anticipating the unspoken, delivering each gesture with effortless grace. Rooms

Refined state rooms and grand offices, reborn as 120 spacious rooms and suites - each a contemporary interpretation of Edwardian elegance. Light pours through tall sash windows onto views of Whitehall and Horse Guards; within, the hushed confidence of a five-star sanctuary, composed with the unmistakable Raffles touch.

Suites

Eight Corner Suites are located in the building's majestic corner Pavilions, each with dramatic views across Whitehall. And each carries the name of an extraordinary woman - pioneering politicians, fearless wartime agents, and those whose unspoken courage altered the course of the century. Westminster and Ministerial Suites offer further spacious suite accomodation.

Heritage Suites

Five Heritage Suites occupy the building's most storied rooms - the former offices of key figures and moments that shaped a nation. Meticulously restored with modern opulence, each is a private stage for a particular chapter of history, The Granville or The Raffles Suite. And of course, there is The Turret Suite. A retreat above the city, written into the silhouette of Whitehall itself.
