Step into L’Atelier Guerlain and Paris arrives ahead of you – gold-bottled perfumes along a backlit wall, the emblematic bee on every stopper, a gilded salon for fragrance, make-up, hair and the express facials Guerlain has perfected since 1828. A glass lift then carries you down into the spa: nine treatment rooms, a twenty-metre pool, vitality pool, sauna and steam.

A hand-picked team from SALON64 - the Mayfair salon that quietly styles London's most private clientele. Tailored cuts, bespoke colour, blow-dries to see you through the evening. Arrive for an appointment; leave ready for whatever follows.
Express Facial
Guerlain's express facials, developed across two centuries of Parisian skincare. Microdermabrasion, photo-biomodulation light therapy and Guerlain's signature massage techniques, performed in minutes rather than hours. A visible glow, discreetly arranged before the evening begins.
Beauty
Make-up for the moment that matters - a debutante ball, a wedding, a night at the opera, a portrait being sat for tomorrow morning. Guerlain's artists work in the hours before the British social season's defining evenings. The finish is flawless because it has to be.
Grooming
SALON64's gentlemen's service, held within L'Atelier's panelled calm. Precision cuts, close shaves, considered styling - the quiet discipline of a barber's chair elevated to the standard of a Parisian house.
SPA MEMBERSHIP
Four levels of access: Classic, Joint, Gold and Platinum. The entry tier opens the full wellness floor – the 20-metre pool, vitality pool, gym, movement studio, sauna and steam. Each tier extends further: six guest passes, unlimited classes, concierge privileges, preferential rates on Guerlain treatments and skincare. Platinum adds unlimited personal coaching with Pillar and a “twenty-four-hour” package of Guerlain treatments. Joining fees and annual rates are held at the Raffles desk.

Family Swim hours at the swimming pool are available for residents and hotel guests.
Daily 8.00 – 10.00am and 4.00 – 6.00pm.
