Movement, Made Personal
Pillar Wellbeing runs the active floors at The OWO – a private members’ club for movement, recovery and nutrition, led by performance coach Harry Jameson and a team drawn from professional sport, physiotherapy and clinical nutrition. The approach is unfashionably quiet: data before dogma, prevention before cure, one-to-one before group. A practice designed to be kept, not performed.

Personal coaching
Each session begins with an assessment - physical state, mental load, energy for the day - and the programme is rewritten accordingly. No two sessions are alike. Work with the same coach for years, or a different specialist each week.

Nutrition coaching
Nutritionist-led consultations that move beyond the plate. Supplements, sleep, recovery windows, personal strategies written for a life that travels. At Pillar Kitchen, the day's menus are built to the same plan.

Gym and movement studio space
A full Technogym floor dressed in timber and polished stone, a movement studio alongside for cycle and classes. One-to-one coaching, strength and conditioning work; personal coaches are available around the clock for members and hotel guests.

Recovery and physiotherapy space
Recovery is just as important as movement, and the recovery room is arranged around exactly this – assisted stretching, mobility work, percussion therapy, breathwork, compression. Experienced physiotherapists run full-body assessments to trace the root of any discomfort.

Unlimited group movement classes run throughout the week, alongside a biannual wellbeing review and data-led assessment. For a focused reset, the twelve-week Transformation Programme pairs each member with a dedicated wellbeing mentor.
Wellbeing brings movement, nutrition and recovery together under one roof at The OWO – a performance team led by coach Harry Jameson, working across the gym, movement studio and pools. Membership and personal coaching are arranged through the Raffles wellness desk.
Family Swim hours at the swimming pool are available for residents and hotel guests. Daily 8.00 – 10.00am and 4.00 – 6.00pm.
Residents have their own private access route to the swimming pool and separate gym reserved exclusively for homeowners.
