Movement, Made Personal

Pillar Wellbeing runs the active floors at The OWO – a private members’ club for movement, recovery and nutrition, led by performance coach Harry Jameson and a team drawn from professional sport, physiotherapy and clinical nutrition. The approach is unfashionably quiet: data before dogma, prevention before cure, one-to-one before group. A practice designed to be kept, not performed.

Spa and wellness facilities

Members also have the 20-metre pool, the vitality pool, sauna, steam rooms and experience showers for further rejuvenation. The same facilities hotel guests pay nightly rates to use, held open for the Pillar floor. A reason to stay longer.

Pillar Kitchen

A kitchen and juice bar, built to the same culinary programme. Cold-pressed juices, seasonal vegetable-led plates, breakfast before training, lunch between meetings. Dine in, or carry the day’s plan with you.

Membership

The same four tiers – Classic, Joint, Gold, Platinum – read differently from the gym floor. Each grants full access to the wellness floor and a complimentary class schedule. Higher tiers deepen into personal coaching hours, physiotherapy sessions and Guerlain credit. Platinum members train with Pillar unlimited. Joining and annual fees sit with the Raffles desk.
Opening hours

The Guerlain Spa is open daily, 10am to 7pm, with L’Atelier Guerlain from 11am to 7pm.

Pillar Wellbeing’s gym is extended for members with 24 hour access.

Swimming Pool is open Monday to Friday: 6.30am – 9.00pm.
Saturday & Sunday: 8.00am – 8.00pm.

Treatments & Experiences

Pillar Wellbeing is built on Movement, Nourishment and Recovery. Members work one to one with performance coaches and physiotherapists across personal coaching, recovery sessions of mobility, assisted stretching and breathwork, and nutrition coaching tailored to individual goals.

Unlimited group movement classes run throughout the week, alongside a biannual wellbeing review and data-led assessment. For a focused reset, the twelve-week Transformation Programme pairs each member with a dedicated wellbeing mentor.

General information

Wellbeing brings movement, nutrition and recovery together under one roof at The OWO – a performance team led by coach Harry Jameson, working across the gym, movement studio and pools. Membership and personal coaching are arranged through the Raffles wellness desk.

Family Swim hours at the swimming pool are available for residents and hotel guests. Daily 8.00 – 10.00am and 4.00 – 6.00pm.

Residents have their own private access route to the swimming pool and separate gym reserved exclusively for homeowners.
